John T. Warmann
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

John T Warmann is the managing consultant of JTW HR Management Consulting, a private management consultancy incorporated in Ghana in 2004, under the Companies Code, 1963, Act 179. Prior to moving into consulting he was HR Director, British American Tobacco Limited and Ghana Cement (GHACEM) Limited from 1979 to 2000 and 2000 to 2003 respectively. John is also the West Africa representative of International Compensation Consulting (ircc), a key salary survey provider in Africa and associate of ircc HR Services, an HR consultancy firm both based in the United Kingdom. John is also Director of Targetlink Limited, a trade marketing company dealing in the distribution of cigarettes and other products.

Adeyemi Adetunji
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Adeyemi Adetunji is the founder and CEO of Netherwoods Consulting; a leading Management and Strategy Consulting firm in Nigeria that offers extensive training especially to the Financial Sector, among others. Yemi is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and an ex-banker with diverse experience in banking. He started his banking career with IMB Bank, ….. He serves on various boards in the Consulting, Banking, and Manufacturing industries.

John Colin Villars
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

John Colin Villars is the CEO, Camelot Security Solutions Limited and has a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from The American International University in London (Richmond). Having previously worked in Sweden and Germany, John worked as an Analyst in Corporate Finance and Investment Research at Strategic African Securities Limited prior to joining CAMELOT. He is the Chairman of Purpleorange Corporate Finance and serves on the board of HAL Associates Ltd, Excel Mutual Funds Limited, and UVPC Limited.

Aniekan Ukpanah
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Aniekan Ukpanah attended Dorset Institute, Bournemouth, England and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Law & Economics) in 1987. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1988. He is an Associate of the law firm of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, and serves on various boards of leading multinational firms in Nigeria.
