Sam Mensah
CHAIRMAN

DR. Sam Mensah is a Financial Economist and Investment Banking Consultant He is founder and principal of SEM International Associates Limited, a management consulting and investment advisory firm. In Ghana, he has been at the forefront of financial sector development and has advised the Ghana Stock Exchange, the Bank of Ghana and Ministry of Finance on several financial market development projects. Dr. Mensah holds M.B.A. and Ph.D degrees in Finance from the University of Toronto and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Elizabeth Joyce Villars
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Elizabeth Joyce Villars is the founder of CAMELOT and has been the Chairperson and Managing Director of the company since its inception, until she relinquished the Board Chair position in pursuit of good corporate governance. She is the first qualified Ghanaian female Computer Programmer and is a Systems Analyst by profession. She worked as the Head of the Computer Department at the Volta River Authority, and as a Systems Consultant with the West African Data Services Bureau Limited (WADSB). She is the President of the Governing Council of the Private Enterprise Foundation (PEF) and the immediate past President of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI). She serves on a number of boards including the Social Investment Fund (SIF), the Ghana Investment Promotion Council (GIPC), and is an Advisory Board Member of University of Ghana’s Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER).

Edward K. Akyea-Djamson

John Theophilus Warmann
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

John T Warmann is the managing consultant of JTW HR Management Consulting, a private management consultancy incorporated in Ghana in 2004, under the Companies Code, 1963, Act 179. Prior to moving into consulting he was HR Director, British American Tobacco Limited and Ghana Cement (GHACEM) Limited from 1979 to 2000 and 2000 to 2003 respectively. John is also the West Africa representative of International Compensation Consulting (ircc), a key salary survey provider in Africa and associate of ircc HR Services, an HR consultancy firm both based in the United Kingdom. John is also Director of Targetlink Limited, a trade marketing company dealing in the distribution of cigarettes and other products.

John Colin Villars
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

John Colin Villars is the CEO, Camelot Security Solutions Limited and has a B. A. in Business Administration and Economics from The American International University in London (Richmond). Having previously worked in Sweden and Germany, John worked as an Analyst in Corporate Finance and Investment Research at Strategic African Securities Limited prior to joining CAMELOT. He is the Chairman of Purpleorange Corporate Finance and serves on the board of HAL Associates Ltd, Excel Mutual Funds Limited, and UVPC Limited.

Dzifa Amegashie
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dzifa Amegashie is a partner in TERTIUM Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics from University of London, London School of Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of London, Imperial College. Dzifa has worked under the World Bank Group as an Investment Officer and has considerable experience in appraisal and development of small scale private sector projects. Dzifa is also a Board Member of Ho Polytechnic.

Suganthan E. Allotey
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Suganthan Allotey is Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and served as President of ACCA Ghana Branch for the year 2004/2005. He is currently financial controller of Barclays Bank of Ghana. His previous experience has been with british American Tobacco, Standard Chartered Bank and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.Suganthan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
